"The owner/manager was wonderful. The room and common area was very nice. There was only one thing about the room that was uncomfortable. I did forget to mention this to the manager, or it most probably would have been taken care of immediately. There was a blue light under the wall mounted TV in the bedroom that was really bright and stayed on constantly. We taped a cover over it, but seems like it could be painted black and problem would be solved."

"A little hard to find - look for a small frontage - possibly part-hidden by parked cars - in a long commercial building right on the edge of town, with a gas station at the north (town) end of the long building. When we arrived around 3.30pm the front door was unlocked but there was no-one at reception - we could hear the phone inside ringing when we tried the number provided by hotels.com. "The staff at this hotel were wonderful - they treated us well during our 3-week stay. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and our needs were met. We highly recommend this hotel. Also, the food at the restaurant is delicious and affordable. We will stay here again."

"Good service at check=in -- very helpful staff, with the little English they spoke. Nevertheless, they did their best to help us. Plenty of free parking, but the breakfast leaves a bit to be desired. "

"Fantastic to have a comfortable place so close to the train station when we arrived at 10:30pm. The staff were very friendly but it would have helped if they told us the key needs to be inserted a certain way and the power control is behind the bathroom door. "The Parador is located in a very unique place. It is in the National Park, with amazing pine trees, dunes, limestone cliffs, and miles of sand beaches. The views from our room were amazing. And to wake up to the sound of waves and scent of pine trees was an incredible experience. The location is very quiet - there is nothing else but the parador and its protected beach for miles. At the same time, the town of Mozagon with many restaurants is in 8 min drive. But we did not need to go to the town for food: the restaurant at the Parador is excellent and very reasonably priced. All the employees were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good, but it was a good value at a discounted price that we received. Otherwise, at the full price, it may feel not worth it. Overall, this was such a unique experience. We will be back next year! "

"We. booked their sister hotel but when we got there, the hotel was closed. We finally got into the hotel that was closed and the operational staff said that that they moved us to another hotel. Although, they never sent us a text or email on this move. When we finally found the new hotel, they gave us a room that faced a busy road. We asked to change the room, however we had to pay an additional cost. Not my favourite hotel. "

Large comfortable spaces but due for some care

"The room was large and comfortable. The kitchen was a big plus. The pool area was great for adults and kids. The hotel itself is due for some updates and care. Equipment in need of an update so there really is not much of a gym."
