"The large room with terrace that we booked at extra cost was stunning. Huge room and very large terrace with chairs, table and sun loungers. The Hotel itself was clearly built as a luxurious 5* Hotel some years ago. Unfortunately, it has declined a bit, now starting to look tatty, chairs on the terrace with wicker peeling off, cushions that have seen much better days, fake plastic wicker peeling off the table. "A really lovely stay at The Moon and Spa hotel, room was very clean. Used the pool facilities which was lovely and again pool and area was very clean. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Only thing i would recommend would be for there to be a complimentary bottle of water in the rooms. "My family has pretty high standards when it comes to hotels and I was afraid that this would be a little bit below them. But we absolutely loved it. "I have to say that service is very good but it needs a goooood upgrade everything is very old and broken had to go down a long way just to report the main door 5 times at the end maintenance man had to come every helpful and polite i have to say.
