"Pleasant stay as usual "

"Stayed as 2 adults and a toddler. Had the best time! Food was good, everything was clean, pools are good. Staff are exceptional - they work so hard!! The only downside for us was we had two lots of noisy neighbours (young party people) so got woken up a lot. But not sure if we just had bad luck because it was pretty much all families at the resort otherwise! "

"We had some items delivered to the hotel in advance and contacted them to arrange. They were very willing to assist and accommodate this. When we arrived, for some reason hotels.com had told them we were travelling with an infant, which we found amusing for my 13 year old to have to sleep in the cot they had set up for us. "I enjoyed everything about my stay here apart from one thing - which to be fair - the hotel cannot do much about. My room was on the 7th floor and across the road was an outdoor sports bar which had extremely loud football until about 10pm then a very loud singer & music that went on until after midnight. There is virtually no soundproofing on the balcony doors - luckily I always travel with earplugs but it would have been hellish if I didn't! I flagged this up at reception and suggested they could include packets of foam earplugs in their nice little emergency kits in the bathrooms. Other than that the hotel is lovely and the food was exceptionally good."
