"Very nice hotel, stayed in the family room which had plenty of room. We went all inclusive which had a good choice of food, if you didn’t go all inclusive you would struggle to find many restaurants in the San Agustin area you would need to go further afield "

"The hotel room was spacious and clean. The staff were always accommodating and friendly, often greeting us as we entered and left. The pool and gym facilities were great. We booked a breakfast included package and the meals were always nice. It's located very close to the busiest area of Maspalomas so not suitable if you want a quiet holiday but for us it was perfect. "3rd year we have stayed with them, excellent service from the staff as always. It’s great to turn up at the hotel, and be thoroughly looked after during the stay. With easy access to the beach to watch the sun rise or set, and should you want a change of scene from the hotel, plenty of restaurants and bars along the seafront - all of which are easily accessible to the rear of the hotel. Plenty of sun lounges, but there are definitely some keen beans who like to reserve them before the sun has even come up. "
