"The hotel was very pleasant, rooms were good and clean. The breakfast was nice as well. For some reason the pool area had a roper across to stop people accessing even though everyone was still using it. There wasn't very much nearly so was a bit of a walk to get to restaurants etc. We paid for spa access, didn't realise we needed a swim hat so had to purchase them at reception. The spa was okay but not the best standards - a little 'thrown together' with broken shower trays and the hot tub...

"The hotel has great installations but it needs a better maintenance and care. Rooms are pretty confortables but are not well maintained. We reported that the blackout of our curtain was tear down and let the sun in in the morning but they never came to repair it. Also we reported that the shower drain was clogged but that also was not fixed. "

"The hotel was very nice overall and staff pleasant and helpful when requesting information. About 15 minutes walk from the old town and 30 minutes from the bus station. A good variety of food and drinks was available at breakfast, apart from a good cup of tea!! An outdoor cafe would have been much appreciated. Restaurant for evening meals is very expensive and almost always empty. More geared to business rather than leisure tourism (in our opinion). "

"This property was amazing only downside was that the terrace on the roof where the pool and bar was is only open 12~8 made extra special when they sent up a bottle of champagne for my birthday which was the day we checked out, all staff couldn’t do more for customers they were great would highly recommend this hotel great location"
