Dated property seriously in need of rennovation, adequate for needs, but should drop any pretence to be 4*. Wide breakfast selection, but quality is poor. Location however is fantastic.

Red level staff … absolutely magnificent … they were helpful and responsive to all my needs and questions. I really want to come back as this was one of the experiences of a lifetime.

The hotel was fantastic, tge staff were all lovely and hardworking. Nothing was too much trouble. The music round the pool was fab and varied. The evening entertainment was again fabulous. Our room - platinym double was spacious modern and well furnished. We only had breakfast but that had a great selection and delicious. The 16th rooftop bar was lovely too amazing sunset. The only negative i have is the price of the drinks.
