"We stayed at Taj Lands End, Mumbai, for six nights to celebrate my mother’s upcoming 75th birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience. Arya at check-in was superb, warm, and welcoming. As the room we’d booked wasn’t available, he upgraded us to a Club Room, which was absolutely fantastic. The room was spotlessly clean, modern, and very well-maintained throughout our stay. The Club Lounge was also exceptional, with great food and service, and the staff ensured we were happy at all times. The hotel even arranged a birthday cake, which was a very kind touch. Anil from housekeeping on the 22nd floor did a phenomenal job; he kept our room in pristine condition and went beyond expectations, always checking in to see if we needed anything. From start to finish, it was seamless. On any future visit to Mumbai, we’ll definitely stay at Taj Lands End again."

"The lady at Check in was terrible 😢 and rude. The worst part was when I was going out for coffee and gave her the room keys, her reaction are you checking out. I said NO, will be back. Then she repeatedly called to know if I have checked out and will come back. I did call her back and let her know that now I am definitely not coming back. The rooms were ok. But nothing GOOD. Thank you !!"

"Very nice relatively new boutique hotel. We have been looking out for a such an option in this area for many years and can now say that we have found one. The rooms are very nicely designed and clean, staff is courteous and personable. Terttulia has always been a favorite restaurant of ours. One suggestions I would make is to have additional breakfast menu items for long stays. Will certainly stay here again during next visit when we would like to see few minor improvements like shower temperature. Overall a wonderful experience "
