Service of staff was stellar. Rooms and facilities were good but distinctly unremarkable. Far too small to be considered a true resort and it pales in comparison to the fabulous and impressive Shangri-La next door.

Staff are nice and helpful. The location is convenient to reach the shopping mall and restaurants on foot. Easy to get taxi and safe to walk near hotel area.

Staff are very nice. But room has roaches, roof deck has a nice ambiance but food is not that great. One elevator not functioning well, I was stuck at one point but good thing, it opened when I tried to push to another floor and elevator not so well maintained.
