Stay in private unit in Historic Downtown Pleasant Hill! Suite is located right on the Rock Island/Katy Trail! Beautiful 1940's home renovated into 3 private suites. This suite features a private bedroom with king memory foam bed, queen pull out sofa sleeper, electric fireplace, dish network TV in living area and bedroom, WIFI, bath and kitchenette. In suite laundry provided for your convenience. Kitchen provides fridge with ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and basic cooking utensils.

This house contains 3 individual and private units available for rental. Lauren's Loft, Drew's Den and Rebecca's Retreat are the units.

"Pleasant" property in Pleasant Hill
I sayed here for a few weeks and the property was very nice. The check in was very easy. The property was clean. The A/C worked wonderfully during the summer. The only downside to this property is that sound and coversations transmit through the walls very well between units. If the other units are occupied, you will hear their coversations and they can hear yours. Its not a deal breaker, but something to be aware of. I would stay here again.

We booked it kind of last minute so we were very excited to see such a nice place with such an affordable price within just a few weeks of the concert. Cozy place for a short stay
We were in town for a wedding and wanted to avoid over priced hotel rooms. It was private and easy to access the property. I really liked the access code vs a hotel room key to keep track of. It was conveniently located a few minutes from anything you might need in town. I think there was a family with kids in the unit next to us that we could hear when they got rowdy, but nothing that detracted from the stay.

This is a nice place to stay. Well equipped and in great condition. It just needs a little more cleaning (ceiling fans, porch) Be kind and aware that you are sharing a house with 2 other units and noise travels well. (1 was a bit noisy)
