"Really nice in-law cottage with a lovely patio and garden. Close to freeway and Grand Lake Theatre, plenty of food options and a supermarket nearby. TV was a problem but Wi-Fi worked and we used our own tablets most of the time. Washer & dryer needs some knobs replaced but host was responsive & friendly about helping us find a workaround. Washed clothes just fine. Vehicle parking on street or at public lot nearby. Very nice place and I’d stay again!"

"I am not sure if it's the property manager, who did call and apologize the next day, or VRBO processes and management. We were not able to access the property at midnight, having just arrived in Oakland. After repeated attempts to contact the property manager all day for a door code, I finally called VRBO. The property had been rented, possibly under a different company. I am not sure. We were left to find accomodations at 1 AM. The property was right by the family's house we were visiting so...
