Private: natural state property 2'500 m2 with trees, meadow. 2 km long steep, narrow motor access to the grounds. 50 m steep footpath to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at 50 m on the premises. Grocery 4 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Como" 44 km, ferry "Menaggio" 10 km, pebble beach "Menaggio/Nobiallo" 10 km, public bathing area 9 km. Gigantische Aussicht
Insgesamt war das Haus in Ordnung, alles da und auch Recht sauber. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und stets ansprechbar. Es gab keine Probleme. Die Lage ist ziemlich hoch oben und die Zufahrt anspruchsvoll (steil und schlechte Straße). Hervorzuheben ist die tolle Aussicht, die täglich erfreut. Einzig der letzte Aufstieg (etwa 50 Meter) ist fast nicht zu bewältigen und nicht geeignet für eingeschränkte Personen oder Kleinkinder. Das müsste sich unbedingt verbessern!

Toller Ausblick mit ganz viel Ruhe
Ein schönes sauberes Ferienhaus genau wie beschrieben, rustikal mit viel Charme.Das Bad ist relativ neu.Der Garten ist wunderschön mit einem super Ausblick auf den See.Es ist hier sehr ruhig,und man kann gut entspannen.Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der einzige kleine Makel ist die Entfernung zum See bzw. Städtchen,die ca. 20. min mit dem Auto dauert

Petite maison accrochée à la montagne
Jolie maison calme et ressourçante au milieu d'un havre de paix, connecté à la nature offrant une vue magique. S. nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de sympathie. Lésion wifi au top en ce qui concerne la propreté est impeccable. Cependant il aurait été agréable d'avoir une machine à laver et une literie plus récente. A noter que l'accès à la maison est difficile
