We propose you to the rent, on the commune of Plomodiern, this charming lodging of a surface of 55 m ², joint with the owners, in 2 km of the sea and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 20 m², an open kitchen equipped, two beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 40 m².
This lodging has Wifi. Do not hesitate to book this charming cocoon!

The lodging of lime pit foot is composed in the following way:
- A living room of 20 m² with TV, sofa, decorative fireplace and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- A laundry room with washing machine.
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190) and a closet.
- Bedroom 2 : two single beds and a closet.
- A bathroom with shower, hair dryer and towel dryer.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- A beautiful south-facing garden of 40 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally situated in Plomodiern, in a very pleasant environment. The road in front of the garden is not very busy as it is a dead end: it is only used by the owners and a few hikers. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
Plomodiern is a commune nestled on the bay of Douarnenez at the entrance of the peninsula of Crozon. You will have the opportunity to enjoy a multitude of activities both land and sea. Let yourself be carried away by the Celtic atmosphere and discover Locronan, a village of character or Quimper, two beautiful cities with enriching cultural visits! You will be seduced by the green nature on one side and its fine sandy beaches on the other side such as Kervijen, Porz Ar Vag, Lestrevet; Kervel and Sainte-Anne-la-Palud are about 10 kilometers away and offer you the possibility to try many nautical activities: surfing, sand yachting, boating, kitesurfing...
- Tourist sites : The typical village of Locronan is 15 minutes away (discovery of the village with its numerous galleries, its church, its small shops and its creperies). The authentic town of Douarnenez is 20 minutes away (discovery of the canneries, the port, the town center and the coastal paths). The superb peninsula of Crozon is 25 min away with Telgruc-sur-Mer, Morgat, Crozon, Camaret-sur-Mer... (the opportunity to go on the GR34, the points and the pretty beaches !)
- Events : Festival du Menez Hom in Plomodiern; Festival du Bout du Monde in Crozon; Festival de Cornouailles in Quimper; Fêtes maritimes internationales in Brest; Fêtes maritimes in Douarnenez...

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the outside parking of the gite (2 vehicles).

As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Quimper train station located at about 35 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Brest airport located about 50 minutes away by car.

Other remarks :
- The fireplace is functional. Wood is provided.
- Free Wifi available.
- Animals are allowed in the gite provided they are used to living indoors and the cleaning must be done at the end of the stay.
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an additional charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site): 15 € per person including bed linen and towels.
- Towels and bath mats are provided.
