The house is ideal for spending time with family or friends!

It is located in the Cotes d'Armor, in a hamlet of Plougrescant, Ralévy, 250m from the sea. Access to the beach by a dead end.
It is surrounded by a 1000 m² garden.

The house has been completely renovated and is composed on the ground floor (elevated):

- a large well equipped kitchen (electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave, toaster ...) overlooking the living room with workshop windows
- living / dining-room with stove
- separate toilet
- a double room with a 160 bed
- a shower room

1st floor:

- a large landing overlooking 4 bedrooms (two with bed 140, one with bunk bed and drawer / bed, one with two single beds can be closer)
- a bathroom with a changing table
- a shower room with toilet

In the basement: a release with a second fridge and some appliances, a laundry with washing machine and possibility to extend the laundry.

Very nice walks around Plougrescant (coastal path from the house), beaches, fishing ...

Sailing school in Port-Blanc (in the municipality of Penvénan 7 min with possibility of renting kayaks ...)

25 minutes from Paimpol (very pretty port city with departure for the island of Bréhat) and 25 minutes from Perros-Guirec (departure for the 7 islands).

Bakery, grocery, post office, pharmacy in the town of Plougrescant which is 2min drive from the house.

Opportunities to shop in Penvenan (7min) and Tréguier (10min)

Petit paradis pour vacances en famille
Le logement est conforme aux photos et description. On s’y sent très rapidement bien grâce à la décoration de bon goût, l’espace, les nombreux équipements à disposition surtout avec un bébé et le jardin très appréciable par beau temps. Tout cela dans un environnement paisible: on a apprécié être très proche de la côte tout en étant préservé de la foule touristique. Plougrescant et ses environs sont un havre de paix et de tranquillité, vous apprécierez voir les coucher de soleil dans la baie sous la douce lumière bretonne à 2 pas de la maison. Merci à Françoise la propriétaire, très flexible et arrangeante.

Séjour très agréable à Plougrescant
Une maison bien équipée, à 5 minutes à pied de la plage et des sentiers de balade, proche de nombreux points d'intérêt (île de Bréhat, côte de Granit Rose, Tréguier,...). Très adaptée à un séjour avec enfants en bas âge. Toutes les infos utiles ont été communiquée pour rendre le séjour facile à organiser. Merci pour cette belle semaine !

maison et jardin très agréable et bien située
la maison est très agréable à vivre et très bien équipée. le jardin est top. le tout est situé à proximité de la plage, du GR... bref nous avons passé une très belle semaine de vacances en famille qui a ravi les petits et les grands.

Excellent logement pour un week-end en famille à 8 personnes, propreté impeccable, literie confortable, bien agencé, spacieux, jardin idéal pour adultes et enfants. Proximité de la côte, région mgnifique, belles plages. Gentille attention à notre arrivée. Communication très facile avec la propriétaire. Je recommande vraiment ce logement où nous avons passé un séjour parfait !!

Une maison accueillante et confortable
Dans un premier temps, l'échange par le site avec les propriétaires est agréable, précis. La description correspond à la réalité, et en plus la réalité est supérieure aux photos. Les salles de bain sont neuves, les chambres confortables, le salon vaste et chaleureux, les tons doux, la cuisine suffisamment grande est très fonctionnelle. Le jardin est agréable , même si la saison ne permettait pas de s'y installer. La situation géographique est idéale pour tous ceux qui aiment marcher au calme devant un paysage superbe dans l'air iodé à souhait.

Excellent séjour entre amis, maison spacieuse, calme où l'on se sent bien. Grand jardin pour profiter du barbecue. proximité de la plage et des nombreux chemins de rando paysages magnifiques. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir, et le temps nous a manqué pour tout voir.

Idéalement située à 50 m de la plage et au pied de belles randonnées à pied, cette propriété allie le confort au fonctionnel, dans un cadre calme et reposant. L'accueil charmant et la procédure simple permettent une occupation des lieux rapide. Grand jardin et équipement complet permettant de se reposer, de déjeuner en extérieur et de se divertir. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle maison parfaitement adaptée pour une grande famille avec des enfants , et idéalement située prés de la plage . Nombreux commerces et manifestations relativement proches .
