Charming spot!
We loved the beauty of the lake and the decor of the boathouse was perfect. Beds and bedding are super comfortable and added amenities such as kayaks made it a wonderful getaway.

Wonderful stay
Sitting on the water, with all of nature was the most amazing peace of mind. Owners were awesome, cute boathouse, fire pit, visiting ducks 😀 Will definitely be back, most restful stay ever- even with rain.

A Perfect Get-Away Spot
We couldn't be happier with our stay at the Boathouse -- sturdy little cottage on a beautiful lake, spotless rooms, comfy beds, creatively decorated. Close enough to Cape Cod and major attractions, but away from tourist congestion. The Boathouse was the best part of our trip!

Perfect Lakefront Escape
Lynn's boat house is exactly what my wife and I were looking for, for a shprt Holiday weekend getaway. The home was exactly as described, complete with amazing lake views. Overall we would highly recommend this home and will definitely book it again in the future.

Peaceful lakeside retreat!
We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. The boathouse looked exactly like the photographs, and the location was perfect for our unplugged, Plymouth vacation. Comfy, cozy and fully equipped, the hosts were welcoming, the house relaxing, and we never tired of the lake views. We'll be planning to return, and highly recommend to others.

Unbelievable find
Absolutely charming boathouse cottage. Beautiful views and just what the two of us needed. Hiking trails across the street and easy drive to downtown Plymouth and easier drive to the Pinehills. Jack and Lynn were wonderful hosts.

Charming boathouse
We had the most amazing stay at the boathouse. Lynn and Jack did a great job creating a wonderful, relaxing getaway. We didn’t want to leave. We loved sitting on our dock watching the water, the fish and the birds. It was truly a much needed weekend spent in nature. The location is close enough to stores and restaurants, but far enough away to give you peace and quiet.

Perfect!!!
We are ages 89 and 84 and this is the very best place we have ever stayed on vacation!!!!!! Over the years we have stayed at dozens of cottages all over New England. The boat house is our very favorite place and we are hoping to stay again next year!!! You step out of the living room right onto the dock where you can fish a few feet from the door. Lynn and Jack were wonderful hosts. Everything was immaculate and the boat house had everything you could possibly need. On a scale of one to ten, we give it 100. Bob and Joyce

Best Gift I give to Myself
My 5th time staying. I gift myself a stay at this cottage twice a year . If you love waking up to the sunrise over a beautiful pond..if you love watching the fish jump in the eve just before sunset..if you love listening to the incredible variety of birds songs and watch waterfowl go about their routines: this cottage stay is for you ! Fishing off the dock,kayaking ( kayaks provided )launching from your own beach , Miles of walking trails around other ponds and woods.just step out the door. this restored antique boathouse is my retreat. as soon as i step into it,i feel restored myself. id like to point out that i travel/stay alone and as a single older woman , it is very important to feel safe while staying at a place . Ive stayed 5 times with plans for a 6th..Best retreat experience i can ever ask for. Stacey

Idyllic boathouse cottage set on a most picturesque pond . many different Waterfowl species as well as song birds and kingfishers to please the bird enthusiast . Serene setting , amazing sunrises . fish jumping when the wind quiets and the pond stills towards eve. I LOVE this place . going AGAIN .cant wait ! and i just left lol. lots of trails to walk without ever having to get in your vehicle . this cottage is a dream .

Peaceful Escape!!
My husband and I spent two nights at this wonderful boathouse by the water. Jack and Lynn were amazing hosts and thought of everything. The boathouse has everything you need and we felt right at home. The bed was very comfortable and the furniture in the living room was also extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The dock was the best part and so peaceful to just sit and listen to the birds and watch the ducks. You literally are on the water and it was so beautiful and relaxing. We enjoyed having the use of the kayaks. It was a perfect getaway and we didn’t want to leave. We look forward to returning someday!! Highly recommend this property. Thank you Lynn and Jack!
