"Was here for one night for the Bryan Adams gig, this was a lovely guesthouse, the room was small and functional, but nicely appointed.
The location near the Hoe was perfect for the gig being just a 15 minute walk away albeit up a very steep hill - though was downhill on the way back!
The hosts were lovely and professional, and were all you could want. Lovely cooked breakfast in the morning sets you up for the day, would highly recommend. "
"The guesthouse was very clean and loved the location. Very close to the barbican but very quiet.
The breakfast was delicious and cooked to perfection. "
"Let’s start with Perfect! Spotless clean, modern, all the obvious facilities, well presented, quiet and only 30 second walk to the seafront and great places to eat or just walk. Cannot make any negative comments whatsoever and half the price of the Premier Inn. Will definitely be back and already recommended to 2 colleagues."

"The room was compact because it had a double and single bed as there were three of us. It was clean with all the essentials, comfy beds and fluffy towels in a good location to Argyle football ground. Good breakfast. "
"Nice room, convenient location. The front desk and breakfast-room staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the young lady who checked me in. "
"Staff were very friendly and helpful,on reception. However, I don’t appreciate having someone knock on my door at 0800hrs and find it’s housekeeping , because they are busy and want to clean my room. I did decline and
Told them to leave my room, just empty my bin. I went for a 0900hrs breakfast and they must have been short of staff as there was no bread, coffee machine was empty and no cutlery readily available. The following day was much improved and there were no problems and plenty of...
