If the on-site resort amenities aren't enough, you'll ideally be between Okemo and Killington for world-class winter sports and near scenic natural attractions like Buttermilk Falls. At home, private comforts abound with highlights, including a private hot tub and sauna. A shared boat launch and a dock with boat slips on Amherst Lake are accessible through the community HOA.

Between outings, unwind in the hot tub, relax in the sauna, or simply cozy up in front of the living room smart TV. A Nintendo game console, shuffleboard, books, and board games are also provided for family fun. The full kitchen makes it easy to plan home-cooked meals for your stay. Modern essentials include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
