The space
Enjoy complete access to the entire property! There are three bedrooms furnished with queen beds, while another bedroom has a bunk bed with twin beds on each level. Additionally, the top floor features an open loft with a pullout couch available for your use. Recently renovated in 2022, this home has an updated feel despite being built in the 1990s. There are two bathrooms: one on the main level that connects to the living area and bedroom, and the other in the laundry room downstairs.
The kitchen is fully stocked with essential items like pots, pans, salt, pepper, and oil, suitable for light cooking. However, please note that we only allow a maximum of ten guests and two dogs. While there is ample room for everyone, the dining table can only accommodate eight people, and the living room can seat a maximum of six. Despite being well laid out, the property is only 1,850 square feet, so please keep this in mind when booking to avoid feeling cramped
Guest access
You will have complete access to the property, with the exception of one closet designated as the owner's closet. The backyard boasts a patio and a spacious grassy area that your pets can enjoy. However, please note that there is no backyard fence to prevent your pets or children from running off. While the neighborhood has a shared fence, there is no privacy fence separating each home. Therefore, we kindly request that dogs be leashed at all times.
You can conveniently park up to two cars right in front of the property, closest to the front door. However, any additional cars must park on the main street behind the home, on Washington Ave.
