Tudo certo, hotel antigo, reformado. Cama grande e confortável, estacionamento, café da manhã servido no quarto, vc escolhe os ingredientes e levam pra vc, mas o funcionário entregou o pedido errado feito por outro hóspede! Causando desconforto, depois foi acertado. Não tem comunicação do quarto com a recepção, é necessário ligar do celular.

Tendo em vista que o café da manhã é servido na cama, deveria ser servido com mais facilidade (exemplos: descascar as frutas, oferecer mais talheres). Ainda em razão do café na cama, ficaram algumas migalhas de pão no lençol quando fomos dormir na noite seguinte.

Bom hotel para ficar próximo do Centro de Poços.
Hotel em um casarão bem bonito e bem mantido. Os quartos são um pouquinho apertados, mas atenderam a nossa família de 2 adultos e 2 crianças. Café da manhã no quarto é bom, pra quem tem crianças é até melhor do que ficar correndo atrás deles no restaurante rs. Bom estacionamento, e a localização é MUITO boa, próximo dos principais pontos turísticos de Poços de Caldas. Recomendo.

A localização do hotel é muito boa, e apesar de ser um prédio bem antigo a conservação está boa. O café da manha é servido no quarto, pois o Hotel é pequeno e não tem uma área para isto. Mas as opções de produtos é bem variada e a qualidade é boa !!

Hotel charmoso. Pra quem curte cafes e vinhos esse hotel vai adicionar um algo a mais. Ele e antigo. Tem móveis restaurados. Piso de madeira que faz aquele rangido ao andar. O hotel no geral é muito bom e o atendimento foi impecável. Por outro lado, o hotel não conta com área para refeições. O café da manhã é escolhido com antecedência e levado no quarto no horário combinado, o que pessoalmente, considero ruim. Banheiro espaçoso, porém quarto pequeno.
