Ótimo para crianças, mas precisa melhorar quartos
Estrutura excelente para as crianças, mas os quartos estão um pouco abaixo das outras instalações do hotel, um tanto quanto envelhecidos. Um ponto que eu acho inaceitável é que não tem banheiro próximo ao parquinho aquático, o que deve resultar em muita urina na piscina.

Experiência incrível... Somente duas sugestões de melhoria. Colchão da cama de casal afundando, poderiam rever para trocar os colchões com esse tipo de problema e recreação para crianças de 10 a 14 anos ter atividades mais atrativos para essa faixa etária.

Chegamos dia 23/10 as 15:00 ( horario de entrada era as 16:00.. aguardamos para fazer check in e para nossa surpresa so foi liberado apos as 17:30.. isso mesmo. As malas que estavam no carro..quem geralmente pega são próprios manobrista, foi meu esposo que pegou e levou ate o quarto.. chegando no quarto uma cama péssima de tao mole, pedimos para fazer a troca.. e levaram um colchão com lençol rasgado.. novamente pedi a troca.. Chão estava com bastante sujeira, pedi para passar um pano, pois sou mto alérgica.. nos colocaram no quarto(163) bem de frente com corredor.. crianças gritando era demais, fora a recreação as 21:00 no corredor dos quartos e crianças gritando ate 22:30;acustica pessima; corredores tem carpete pelo hotel inteiro o cheiro é terrivel de mofo..acredito que seja pq pessoas saem molhadas da piscina e acaba molhando carpete e fica esse cheiro . Recreação para minha filha de 4 anos nao tive coragem de deixar minha pequena, totalmente desorganizada.. Café da manhã e tarde com bastante opção. Almoço e jantar senti falta de mais grelhados e variedades de massas. ( Mas comida é mto boa) Piscina aquecida é bem quentinha, mas piscina com "brinquedao" por ser climatizada poderia estar numa temperatura melhor. Internet (Wifi) é bem ruim.. sinal é pessimo. Acredito que seja por conta de onde hotel esta localizado. No checkout fizemos as 11 hras antes do horario do almoço.. e foi tudo ok.. o senhor pegou nossas malas e levou ate o carro.. nao ficamos pro almoço..
