You can find a better hotel for the money..
The hotel is very old and needs a lot of improvements. The bathroom is very old and the way the shower is set up the whole bathroom fills with water every time you shower. There is nothing in the bathrooms like soap, blowdryer, shampoo or simple things you will find anywhere else. The food is very mediocre and the cereal was steal and old. YOU will NOT sleep on the weekends due to the club and bars right across the street, the music is so loud that the windows in the room were vibrating and making a crazy noise the whole entire night and at approx. 3am when the music got better people started to scream and party in the middle of the street making it impossible for me and my family to sleep. Also, you will hear everything going on on the next rooms and hallway. Definitaly, one of the worse hotels i've stayed so far. Spend a little more money and stay on a better hotel!!

Foi na média. O hotel tem ótima localização. Estacionamento é terceirizado, não é incluso e só acessa o carro através dos manobristas. Mas o hotel tem opções de lazer bem interessantes, música ao vivo toda noite. No geral a estadia foi bem prazerosa. Fiquei num apto. standard aconselho que solicitem o luxo.

Hotel muito ruim, falta reforma, quartos com espaço bom porem tudo muito velho, coisas quebradas, tomadas antigas, box enferrujado, chuveiro com defeito só sai meia agua, box quebrado, etc. Nao indico e tambem pelo que entregam o preco e alto. Na saida nao tinham como emitir nota fiscal nao tinha porque a impressora tinha acabado a tinta. Em fim nao recomendo.

Honesto. Ótima opção em Poços de Caldas.
Fui com família e filhos pequenos. O hotel é antigo, as instalações são antigas e algumas necessitando de reforma. Mas o atendimento é ótimo, lençóis e toalhas limpinhas, cama confortável. O café da manhã é gostoso porém não tem muitas opções. O ponto positivo é que os hóspedes tem acesso gratuito ao Thermas Walter World, que é um show à parte. O ponto que pode melhorar, é o estacionamento terceirizado que é um pouco confuso e demorado. No dia que fui o hotel estava muito cheio, o que afetou o estacionamento. Nada que desabone. Recomendo e já estamos organizando uma nova estadia!

Regular, não nos agradou.
A estadia foi tranquila, mas o hotel está necessitando de melhorias. Elevadores lentos e insuficientes, um está fora de uso (tem um cartaz dizendo que estão em reforma, mas não vi nenhum movimento de trabalhadores no local). A iluminação é precária, principalmente nos quartos e banheiro. Para utilizar o chuveiro é necessária paciência para conseguir uma temperatura adequada. Falta tomadas. Para acender e apagar as luzes, precisa afastar o colchão da parede, os interruptores estão na mesma altura da cama. Não tinha secador de cabelo, não tinha telefone para comunicação com a recepção. No restaurante, eram utilizados copos plásticos (de péssima qualidade) para sucos e água.
