Service was great, Vokmin went out of his way to make our stay great, arranging a last- minute early check-in by prioritizing room cleaning when our bus arrived way early. "We stayed at Del Medio Hotel in Sutomore, and we really loved it! The staff is amazing—always friendly and ready to help. Everything is super clean and pleasant. Breakfasts were tasty and filling, with plenty of options to choose from. We were also really happy to have access to the gym—it’s great for staying in shape even on vacation. If we’re ever in Sutomore again, we’ll definitely come back here!"

"Staff was friendly, efficient and had empathy towards our needs. Upon confirming the first room given to us had a problem with the air conditioning, they agreed to change the room on the spot. The location of the hotel is fantastic, being close enough to the main sea front street but also very quiet at night. If anything to be improved, I'd say the breakfast - but nothing that would keep me from recommending this nice property."

"It was pretty hot when we were there and there was only Aircon in the living room and not the bedroom, which wasn't ideal. There are no shutters on the windows, only thin blinds and curtains so we struggled to keep the apartmemt cool. We had one fan and asked for another but it never came. The balcony is also in full sun all afternoon with no shade so was too hot out there to use until the sun went down. The kitchen was ok but only a 2 ring hob so not great for any real cooking.
