"We were in a room with a balcony so had a fantastic view. The beds are extremely comfortable and the room was extremely spacious. The hotel didn't do pick up as Hotels.com suggested but taxi fares are cheap in the city. The most disappointing aspect was the food. We arrived at the dining room 1 hour before closing time & were told this is all we have left, which was not much & some of the food looked tired and kept less than hot. "We booked the Vulkan Wellness Panzio Hotel and arrived at 3.55pm. We were told there was a receptionist until 8 pm but no one was there. There was a notice on the door to ring. We phoned the number and were told no room was alocated to us but we had been given a room in the sister hotel.
