Subtle touches of luxury throughout this spacious home make getaways at Adelphi a truly relaxing experience. Close to the spectacular beaches of Point Lonsdale and the parklands and lake at The Point.
Opening to a large open plan area, the oversized stone topped island bench is the heart of this contemporary home. With plenty of space for preparation and conversation, you’ll be able to cook up a storm thanks to the well equipped kitchen and high spec Smeg appliances. You will be able to spend the evenings dining with friends and family, the open plan layout captures beautiful light thanks to the north facing aspect along with a cooling green treescape surrounding the undercover al fresco area and bbq - an ideal option for easy summer nights. The family zone with comfy sofa is a great space for the kids, whilst a second living room at the front of the house provides some peace and quiet to curl up with a book in the afternoon sinking into the electric recliners. Bedrooms offer sanctuary and space with each fitted with a T.V , ceiling fans and built in robes. Two have Queen beds and the master bedroom with King sized bed has a dappled garden outlook and an ensuite with a calming, resort feel. The fourth bedroom has 2 king size single beds that can be put together to make a King on request. There’s a huge soaking tub in the main bathroom and a well appointed laundry with access to the outdoor shower, perfect for washing off the relaxing beach days. Keen to do some exploring? Explore the Bellarine Rail Trail and shop for dinner at the famous Lonsdale Tomato Farm or peddle to the lighthouse to drink the raw beauty of the Rip and surf beaches. Climate control via ducted R/C aircon.
