"The Suites at Fall Creek is a wonderful establishment. The front desk staff are friendly and accommodating. When I returned to the front desk to ask to move to a ground floor room because of some mobility issues. The manager worked some magic and found me a beautiful ground floor room with easy parking lot access."

"The hotel was beautiful and very clean. We had an amazing view and the beds were comfortable. The service was very good especially Robin at the Front Desk when we first checked in. We did have an issue with being charged for a room that was supposed to have been cancelled and at the time of the charge the Front Desk clerk just made it a bit more upsetting especially when they said we had to cancel 24-48 hrs before the reservation but I reserved it on The Hotels.com app and it said we were able to cancel anytime even the day of for convenience. This was stressful for our family that was charged for the unneeded room and we had to wait until morning to get it reversed by the Manager but it still made it stressful because we're on a budget and had to wait for money to go back 3-5 days later and we only spent 2 nights and they couldn't give the cash they took from the card and that's upsetting when you have kids and you don't have the money to spare. They just need to coordinate the policy so that it's clear to the Desk Clerk to avoid issues like this. The only other thing is that the pictures of the Pool are Definitely Deceiving even though they are beautiful and clean, I've just never seen a pool that was Indoor/Outdoor where half was inside and there was a way to go out of it and into the outdoor pool which made the water cold due to snow/cold outside but the Hot tub was great. Overall, a great time and beautiful hotel that I definitely recommend. Great Memories to cherish."

"The room was amazing! It was super clean, very nicely maintained and thought put into the decor. It was very quiet, hardly heard the people upstairs. The restaurant was as fantastic and their coffee was awesome!! Would definitely stay again!!"
