Best of both worlds. A peaceful Lake setting at the Jersey Shore (8 adult & 2 child beach passes included). 5 BR, 4.5 BA and outdoor shower.This 3 year young Custom home has 3 Balconies, back deck w/grill, fire-pit and sectional overlooks lush rear yard. Enjoy the Sandy Beach, launch Kayaks from the private Dock into Lake Louise which has Ocean Access or bring your Jet Skis or other water toys and keep them on the Floating Dock.
First floor w/9' ceilings, custom trim details and hardwood floors, consists of LR w/frosted french doors, pull out couch and TV, powder room, Gourmet kitchen w/high end appliances, Center Island, Quartz counter-tops, opens to counter-top bar seating. Bright open floor plan flows into Family room w/FP and 7.1 surround sound TV and Dining room with custom ceilings. Sonos music system provides endless music in kitchen, FR and back yard. Sliding door leads to back deck which overlooks, lawn, beach area w/docks and Lake Louise.
2nd floor has 2 Master Suites, each have King size beds, WIC, balconies, luxurious showers and flat screen TV's. 2 BR's (1 w/Queen bed, 1w/2 single beds) share a J&J bath w/deep soaking tub. 3rd floor open suite (w/shower) has a private balcony and 4 single beds.
Take a 15 minute stroll to the Beach (10 season passes included), or walk to Great Restaurants, the Boardwalk or Downtown PPB. Downtown offers Great Shopping, Comedy Club and more Restaurants.
Great Fishing from land or take one of the many Party Boats or book a Private Charter.
Other activities include Shelling, Biking, Hiking, Boating, Swimming and just Totally Relaxing.

Best shorehouse! Best host!
This is such a lovely, clean and spacious home. Came here with 10 family members and had the best time. Being on the lake was especially nice. The location is great with the beach close enough to walk for most, otherwise a very quick car ride. The host was incredibly kind and helpful which made planning this vacation so much easier. Will be booking here again for sure!

We had a terrific time and Don was an excellent and gracious host. The neighbors are not a fan of the house being rented out and tough to all be quiet and in bed by 10-11pm when you have such a wonderful and entertaining house in a perfect location on lake Louise.

The six adults and two small children in my family raved about this place. The location was great, within a reasonably short walk to the beach. The house was perfectly clean, and delightfully decorated. The property came equipped with everything we needed, including extra bedding, dishes, games for the kids, and things for the beach. A short wall separated the grassy part of the yard from the dock areas, and safely contained our one- and three-year-olds. The only minor blemishes were that the first aid kit needs to be replenished, and we could not get the firepit to operate. But these were truly minor issues. Everyone in my family gave the place two thumbs up.

Beautiful and spacious property

Great 4th of July Trip
We really enjoyed staying in the house. The deck and grill were perfect for 4th of July celebrations. The lake was really calm when we went out on the kayaks. It was only about 10 mins to the beach and boardwalk. Don was a great host. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful home...our entire 3 generation family enjoyed our stay. We had to contact Don twice with questions and he replied immediately. The area was quiet with a 10-15 minute walk to the boardwalk or restaurants. We couldn't have been happier with the rental.

Absolute Amazing!
Don and his brother Dave have really built a beautiful lake side oasis, walking distance to the beach. The house had everything we needed and much more! Kitchen was stocked with every pot and pan we needed to serve 6 meals to 10 people. It included bathroom towels, beach badges, beach chairs, fire pit, two propane tanks for the grill, ping pong table, everything! Thanks guys and we can’t wait to get back next year!
