"Staff was very friendly, accommodations were clean and neat, appliances worked perfectly, pool and hot tub were clean everyday. Great location to see Basse-Terre island. Free parking for your rented car (which you will need to see the island). We were in a Studio with a kitchenette. Bigger grocery store was about 20 minutes away. only 15 minutes to Deshae (where they filmed Death in Paradise). We had a great time."

"On arrival it took almost an hour to check in, when I asked why it was taking so long I was informed that the room I booked was not available. i was finally given a room but although I was told it was like for like, it was not in the main hotel and was quite far from the restaurants and entertainment area. In our room: No light bulbs in a floor lamp; Balcony sliding door could not lock; Safe not working due to dead and corroded batteries; Keycard not working, had to use physical key; Only one bedside lamp worked. However it was clean, the room had a separate toilet area, and the breakfast was excellent."
