"The stay in the hotel was good . I like the room was modern , service was good . Many people complained about noise but I stayed at 4th floor I can barely hear noise but I guess if you are in lower floor you will feel the noise . The breakfast was fine . The only complaint i have its about hot water , the hot water is inconsistent but is not a mayor issue for me"

"The hotel in a good walkable area, safe. Very clean room it met the needs we needed a 1 night overnight stay before leaving to catch a cruise the next day. Staff was courteous, spoke English, Spanish and Italian and the nightly rate was a great deal."

"This is an excellent "budget" hotel. A short (5 min or so) walk from the Roma Termini train stations, and major attraction are also within a walking distance. Very clean, friendly and helpful staff, plus multiple dining options right outside of the hotel. The only con is that the doors are very thin, and since our room was right next to the concierge desk, there was constant buzzing (all guests need to ring the door to enter the building). Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay. Thank you for offering this opportunity to explore Rome! "

"We chose the Best Western Plus Hotel Universo as it is walking distance from the Rome train station. We were upgraded to a larger room with sofa bed. It suited us very well. The breakfast had a lot of options and staff was very attentive with coffee orders. We ate dinner one night at the restaurant which served some Roman classics and it was good. Overall, would stay again and recommend this hotel. "
