"We very much enjoyed our stay at The Fox. Everyone we came into contact with was very friendly and helpful. If we needed to call the desk for anything, whatever we needed showed up immediately. I had planned on doing a few loads of laundry during our stay, but there were only 2 washers and 2 dryers and it was coin operated. "Beautiful, new hotel. Staff greet everyone and provide bags of tea for the morning. Spa like interior with hot tubs that are outdoors and lit up at night. What an amazing way to experience Banff! We will definitely stay here again!"

"Excellent location. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Parking is not reserved. The lot can sometimes be filled and you'd need to park a short walk away from your room. The bus stop is immediately outside the hotel, which was very convenient if you don't want to drive downtown. The pool was sightly heated but still quite chilly. The sauna was quite nice. Would stay here again. "

"The staff were top class at this hotel, extremely friendly and helpful! The hot pools on the roof were amazing and very much needed after a day on the slopes. If I come back to Banff I will only stay here 5* in every way! Thank you to all the staff"

"I had some personal business to attend to in Banff. We elected to spend the night in instead of driving in the wee morning hours from Calgary. Brewsters was clean, comfortable and accommodating to us. The smores, cookies and cold water in the lobby was a nice touch. We arranged a late morning check out that coincided exactly with the wrap up of my business. "

"My wife and I very much liked and enjoyed the fireplace in the open area with real wood. The smell of the wood burning was very comforting. And we enjoyed our drinks in front of it. We then went into our room and flicked on the gas fireplace. All in all from our point of view very romantic. And FYI, We are over 60."
