"We have just returned from a 2 week stay at this fabulous house. The host was great from the beginning, providing lots of information on the local area/places to eat etc and additionally arranged for us to check in earlier as we have arrived sooner then expected. The house is good size with everything you need. The outside area is great and the pool was lovely and a really good size. There was also some pool floats/beach toys etc which were very helpful for a trip the beach. Dénia was lovely...

"We booked this property for 18 days, with the last week being intended for our son and our grandchildren to join us. The owner was well aware of our plans. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon in very poor weather. There had been absolutely no preparation undertaken by the hostess - even the gas cylinder for the gas heater was empty. "Booked for my teenage stepson and his best friend for their first time abroad alone. All communications with Nathalie were swift and concise. The apartment was even nicer than expected from the photos, spacious, modern and very clean. The young men were very happy with the location as well, lots of bars and cafes in the area, and have asked if they can return in Spring next year. Good value for money as well."

"Property was much bigger than the description, great quality furniture, Dos Torres restaurant you can see from Villa is a must visit. Pool decent size ~2m deep in places and was great fun. As a family we don’t like to go back to the same location however might be tempted 👍"

"Other than a few let downs with the house alarm going off and police coming out (police were actually great and really helpful). Heating broke so no hot water for a day etc. Pool was freezing as it’s not heated so didn’t really use it. But the management staff are great and fast on WhatsApp so you don’t even need to try and phone and contend with a language barrier. You can just text them and they get back quick. Was a bit confusing as things like bins were not explained but we figured it out....

"Das ist ein wunderschönes grosses, sehr helles, geräumiges Haus, sehr nah zum Strand gelegen (2 min Gehweg). In der Nähe befinden sich mehrere tolle Spielplätze für kleine und etwas größere Kinder. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts, es sind alle Küchengeräte vorhanden. Auch zum einkaufen ist man in 3 Minuten mit dem Auto beim Lidl oder Aldi. Wir haben bereits zum zweiten Mal das Haus gebucht bzw dort unseren Urlaub verbracht und kommen definitiv wieder, Kate ist eine großartige Gastgeberin. Lg...
