"Property was clean and maintained in an excellent condition. Marilyn, the manager was very helpful for doing the tour around the areas. Views were great from the property. Affordable cost and worth for money. Downside is the distance from town centre and the shower was not forceful due to some local area water problems. "

"This property was in the perfect location for enjoying Sorrento. Check in process was seamless. Steps away from the main road, we were able to enjoy the local shops & dining with endless options. The only thing to note is that there is no elevator but Hector - our greeter - insisted on helping with our bags and apt is only on second floor. Highly Recommend. "What should have been a nice stay in a well located apartment was marred by poor communication and a lack of hospitality. Upon booking of the stay, we received an email to state our time of arrival. When we arrived the location was locked and no one to be found. Neighbors told us the owner wasn't around and did not answer our calls. Hotels.com as well as town tourist board could not get a hold of the owner with direct or alternate numbers for over an hour while our family waited outside the...

"This "hotel" is actually a very nice suite attached to a campground. Outstanding location, short walk to the (stone) beach. View cluttered up by all the RVs. I'll consider going back."

"Alfonso and Sonia were wonderful hosts! Their place was about a 15-20 minute walk from the centre of Pompei. It was very clean and they were available to us throughout our stay. There was a slight misunderstanding re: washing of clothing, but this was due to language barriers and nothing else. In fact, when we realized the issue, Sonia went out of her way to address our concerns. They were truly exceptional hosts!"

"We had an amazing stay at Pompeii Suite Giovanna and I would highly recommend. Our suite was a short walk to the city center, spacious, nicely decorated, and spotless. Alfonso and Sonia were fantastic, would could not have asked for better hosts. Sonia's homemade Italian breakfasts were delicious and as well has her pasta dinners. Alfonso was very attentive, provided history of the area and suggested some great activities that we went on. Alfonso and Sonia as hosts exceeded our expectations and...
