"This is a shared apartment that means you share the apartment with others. I was confused thinking I will have a room in the apartment while kitchen and living area will be for us. But, there are 3 rooms and more people might check in while you are there. We were there and young (undergrad) people with their friends checked in thinking they can party all night. They also thought the entire apartment was for them. But communication with owner was smooth and things were taken care of. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this condo. There was plenty of space for us to hang out and sleep. We used the kitchen a lot and for the most part it was well equipped. We could have used more things like larger bowls to mix things or for chips. The downstairs bathroom shower could also use a curtain so that the water doesn’t get everywhere. The condo was easy to find and check in. The owner reached out to make sure we were good which was nice. Overall our family was happy with the unit "

"The place just like the description. The rooms are spacious and there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Living area is big enough. With all the furniture and utilities just felt like a home. The only concern is the area. It is a busy road with all emergency vehicles moving around all the time. But it didn’t distrub our sleep. "My husband and I were attending the Halloween event and rented this property. It was very clean and cozy. I highly recommend. My only issue was that you have to check out by 11 am. I personally feel it was too early. I requested if I can check out at 12pm but, it was a no. Not a big deal but after going to a party we could’ve used an extra 2 hour sleep. All in all I would rent again. "

"Alexis was a great host and she was super communicative and easy to reach. The house was clean and prefect size for my group of 6. Most things were stocked but I’d reach out to the host in advance so you can buy anything that isn’t ahead of time. One important thing to note is that the driveway can only fit 2 cars and there isn’t really any street parking. "

"This property beyond exceeded our expectations. Two bedrooms, a gorgeous view, good toiletries and lots of space. Not to mention the hotel itself is gorgeous and the plants are real! The only thing I wasn’t a fan of is the parking. It’s only a 3-4 minute walk but I had to park in a parking garage and it’s like 15 degrees out so that sucks. But it’s totally worth it"
