Ponce Inlet is historic quaint beach town with a reward winning NO DRIVE beach. We are our own community but next door neighbor to all the action you can find at world renowned Daytona Beach with all of the excitement and entertainment one could expect as well as Daytona 500. About one hour drive to all that Orlando has to offer and about the same drive to Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral and Kennedy Space Center. Historic Saint Augustine is a short 40 min drive.

The beach itself is amazing with sugar sand, perfect for shell collecting and boogie boarding and warm calm waters. It is wonderful for either walking, relaxing or riding bikes to all local spots.
The view from your balcony is amazing and you will see dolphins, whales at band sea turtles if you keep your eye out.
Heated pool, grills, Adirondack chairs, picnic tables at your private entrance to the beach!

Beautiful Vacation Spot
The condo is kept in beautiful condition and very comfortable. It has very nice amenities. Love the easy access to the beach and opportunity to watch the sun rise over the ocean in the morning, and the stars at night. The sound of the ocean waves is very therapeutic. Overall a wonderful stay and trip.

Needs a Deep Cleaning
It needs a deep cleaning. On the surface it’s clean. However, cabinets, closets, drawers, not so clean. Those areas have a musty smell. The first day I spent cleaning those areas, oscillating fans, vents, etc. I also replace the AC filter.

Amazing Condo!
We decided to stay at this condo. When we got there check in was so easy. We got into the condo and it was so clean and cozy. The view of the beach was fantastic along with the beach being very family friendly. The owners were so nice and very welcoming as well. They communicated with us so well and got back to us quickly. Another plus is the things near by the condo. The pool was also very nice to go along with it. We will definitely be booking here again!

This place was perfect!
When we arrived it was very easy to check in. Once we got in the room it looked even better than the pictures. It’s a very clean condo with an awesome view. We did. Ot have any troubles while staying here. I would definitely book this condo again.

Beautiful place to stay and relax
The property in general is still under repairs from a double hurricane that happened a couple of years ago. all in all, deconstruction did not bother us as the pool was open and access to the beach was readily available. However, when I went out to drink my morning coffee on the balcony, workers showed up and closed the door off with plastic in preparation of doing their work. He told us he would need the balcony doorway for two days and needless to say we were pretty upset. I immediately contacted the owner. He apologized and gave us three days credit in the form of a refund. The work was actually done in a day and a half, still miss my morning coffee on the balcony, but they left the balcony in good shape. It would’ve been nice if the listing had said there was ongoing construction. Greg was very apologetic and we’re satisfied with the way he handled the situation. It is a beautiful area and the condo is a really nice and has almost everything you need except TP. At the end of our stay we both agreed we would stay here again.

Southpoint Condo
Very happy with our condo at Southpoint. We stayed in another condo before because we like this property and I would highly recommend our most recent experience. The owner communicated with us and when I did have questions he responded quickly. I was pleased to see how much extras were in the kitchen. The condo property is going through a renovation of their sliding doors so there is some noise but we didn’t go to Florida to sit in a condo 😎

Relaxing Vacation
This condo was perfect for our family of three! The no traffic beach made for an extremely relaxing trip with little to no crowd on the beach during the day. The owner was quick to respond to any questions, but everything was as described and there was very little need for communication. The condo is close to several yummy restaurants without the hustle and bustle of a busy beach town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we are strongly considering booking again for next summer!

Greg’s condo was exactly as described. It was very clean, comfortable and homey. The location is perfect! Close to some of our favorite restaurants and stores. We relaxed on the beach while enjoying the ocean or laying out by the pool or in the pool. Had great conversations with the people in the pool. Could not stayed in a better place to celebrate mine and my aunt’s birthdays. Can’t wait to return for another week! Greg is a great host and very fast to respond.

April vacation
We couldn't stay at our property, about a mile away, due to renovations and repairs from last fall's hurricanes. So we decided we still wanted to go down so we looked for condos to rent. We found a beautiful place both inside and outside was great. Loved the pool area the only con and this is nothing that the owners can control if you're someone who likes a little shade you're not going to find much of it around the pool. We however loved it. However there were chairs and picnic tables away from the pool that provided shade. We had an excellent time, met some great people even from our own state. We would definitely consider staying there again or recommend to friends.

This property was very nice. The accommodations were clean and well maintained. Easy access and convenient parking. You could tell the owners probably used it frequently as there were several small details they added that made things more convenient. However, I did need to temporarily move some of their personal items in bathrooms to make room for ours. We put back the best we could remember. It was a lovely stay and would certainly consider staying again if we return to Daytona area.
