"Room was nice although very hot with no air conditioning. Parking was kind of a pain. It’s a nearby public parking area. Very noisy. Trucks were unloading at 4 AM and made it hard to sleep. This had the effect of reducing the usable area of the 2.8 hectare property to the driveway and the apartment which was very disappointing to our group and difficult with small children. "Terraces were very large and perfect for the warm weather. The flat was large and comfortable. The front door to the building was glass and it was smashed. It was propped open when we arrived but was closed and locked with the smashed glass for the rest of the time. Unfortunately, we were not given a key to the front door and had to rely on luck and the neighbours to let us in. Also, we were told we had to pay 15 Euros for sheets. "Nice stay on our way back from South of France to Calais. Hotel attached to large upmarket shopping mall, with plenty of options for food (as well as very large carrefour). Hotel nice and modern, 2 double beds, although rooms a little warm. Bar nice with expensive drinks €8 for a beer. Breakfast was good with usual items present. All in all a good stay, with lots of amenities in the shopping centre. "
