"Nous avons apprécié le Cantal pour ses activités en plein air. Balades, baignades dans le lac... Le quartier, composé de chalets, est verdoyant, calme et agréable. Nous avons apprécié aussi la proximité du lac pour la baignade. Le logement est cosy, nous avons apprécié la terrasse sur laquelle nous avons pu prendre tous nos repas grâce au store et à l'ombre des arbres. Un seul bémol, l'étroitesse de la douche et des escaliers pour une personne grande et de forte corpulence."

"Très bon séjour dans une petite maison simple mais avec tout ce qu'il faut pour y être bien. On a profité du jardin très agréable dans un cadre très calme et néanmoins proche du bourg de Saignes où il y a tous les commerces de 1ère nécessités et un bon accueil. De nombreuses balades alentours nous ont permis de découvrir le Cantal. Un remerciement particulier pour notre très gentille hôte! "

"Excellent host! This house is a French "gite" and is very spacious. We were there during a cold mid-May spell but the house is double glazed and with a great heating system. We loved the French farmhouse style kitchen/dining/lounge. The owner was very helpful with assisting us to contact a relative in France. She welcomed us into her home and let us use her telephone. "I had a lovely week, away from it all, in Haute Correze. I love the area though I wasn't familiar with Ussel and its surroundings but found loads of new places to see and things to do. The accomodation was very spacious (I was alone), the dining room, kitchen and bathroom all well- equipped. I was there during a heatwave and the terrace was sometimes just too hot to sit out on, but still an asset to the property."
