"This is a quaint property in the heart of León, Nicaragua. Two blocks from the Cathedral and four blocks from the Volcano Boarding gathering spot. The front staff is 5 star excellence. Parking is reserved for hotel guests right in front and monitored with camera. A/C worked great and thebhot water was the right temperature as it's very very hot in León. "If you are a backpacker this might be okay for you, but was bad for us. The rooms are extremely hot with no AC and a small fan that does nothing. Leon is the hottest city in the country, and also breakfast was not included in room price. Cannot recommend, although staff seemed friendly and location was good."
