"I really enjoyed my stay here at Rosalie Bay. Their grounds are beautiful although they could maintain landscape a bit better say the labyrinth and along ocean. "The hotel is stunningly beautiful, clean and accommodating. The main issue was food and beverage service. The staff had no clue on how to wait on tables, present menus, serve beverage or food. We waited 45 minutes for 4 drinks only to be brought one, told two weren’t available and had to wait again ..."
