"The public area is more wonderful and very well designed, the rooms were plain, not great. But the biggest problem is the service, the front desk lady was the worst. She said we had to pick a boat trip that day for the next day, and tried charge us over twice the price! She said she'd send the link, ..."

"Very basic accommodation in poor condition. Nice outdoor areas and pool. Bathroom was very grotty. Staff were unfriendly and we were totally ignored throughout our entire stay. Breakfast was excellent, varied, fresh and plentiful."
