"We truly enjoyed our stay. We arrived past 1 AM and their front desk staff checked us in very quickly. We were very impressed by the warm welcome. We got the Queen room with Jacuzzi which was one of the most spacious rooms we ever had. The breakfast was also extraordinary. I give a true 5 star to this hotel and its staffs. "

"The booking was easy and the room was clean and comfortable. Really liked the convenience of prepaid parking; the car was in a secure and safe gated area. The front desk staff was both cordial and courteous. Especially Rafael, had has quite the witty sense of humour. Thanks to Expedia we found this hotel and I would highly recommend. It made our stay in Montecatini all that much more enjoyable. "

"An interesting hotel with 70s-80s decore. A feeling of the past however with a view to the future with serious commitment to green credentials. A slow food restaurant extends the good feeling of solar power, and recycled papers in the bathrooms and dining rooms. "We used the hotel as base to explore Florence. The hotel was clean, quiet and had good a/c. Hotel staff was very helpful in finding parking and giving directions around the neighborhood. In the summer parking is not an issue, you can park almost anywhere. Breakfast was good. Overall we had a good stay. Hotel is good for travel with kids. Also reasonable price compared to other options in the area."

"Great stay for an excellent price and wonderful breakfast the next morning. Good views from our rooftop balcony made for a great evening and morning sit. The air-con works well, and I really enjoyed the unique shower arrangement (you have to unfold the shower enclosure from the wall) which gives you a spacious bathroom when you don't need the shower. The front desk and staff are very accommodating, and did their best with my inability to speak Italian! There is a nice children's park next door...

"Everyone was very friendly, specifically the staff at the bar. Breakfast buffet was nice with many options and good coffee. Room was very clean and had a lot of soace. Bathroom was nice with a good shower. Air Conditioner and n the room worked well. Pool could have more sun chairs as it was like all the time crowded during our stay in August. Easy walking distance to bars and restaurants in the center (10 minutes) The Funicolare to Montecantini Alto is also only 15 minutes by feet away. "
