The hotel has quite an old look and feel. Location is good, situated in center of the city. Breakfast could have a little bit more variety. Although room was kept clean during my stay, there were some bugs crawling around in bathroom and near entrance of the room.

I once loved this hotel, but now I won't be back!
Years ago this hotel was one of the top in Pontianak but it has not been maintained. The overall hotel feels old and rundown. We had to be moved from our first room because the air con, TV and fridge didn't work. The gym is really used and tatty, not nice at all. The breakfast has very little selection, and not enough of what it did have as things kept running out. The condition of things in the restaurant look old and falling apart. The worst thing about what I found in the restaurant; cockroaches... this should not be! No excuse, totally discussing! About the only thing this hotel has going for it is the lovely, honest staff who work there.
