"There are amenities necessary and special (face pack, eye pack) and everything was placed in the right spot!! Green tea and roasted black soybean coffee were great. The hotel is at very convenient location. Only challenge was that it was a bit hard to control the room temperature. It was not necessary to use AC, but the room were getting warm during the night. "

"The space had great AC. And wonderfully Heated floors. The tatami mats were nice. Very spacious and comfortable. The onsen provided a great hot bath experience with much needed relaxation after the long hikes to the shrines. The location is very central and easy to get around and can comfortably sleep 8. "Loved the comfort in this hotel, beds and pillows were amazing. They provided pajama set which was so comfortable that we ended up buying it. Breakfast (western) was very nice with plenty of non-meat options. Japanese breakfast was sold out on both mornings we had breakfast there. Neat and clean room/bathroom, nice modern hotel (cinema room was very spacious). Would love to stay there again."

"Amazing. I will be back. Literally a 5 star experience walking distance to the most beautiful area in Kyoto. Very easy to access anything you want; food, shopping, shrines, metro and trains. The staff couldn’t be more kind always arranging taxis or giving suggestions of where to go and eat etc.. I was sad to leave this hotel. That doesn’t happen very often in traveling.
