"The cottage is lovely. I was a little surprised/disappointed by the close proximity of other houses as the pictures make it look quite rural. A good sized cottage with a beautiful garden leading out onto a recreation ground which was ideal for the children and walking the dogs. "It is 5 mins walk away from ferry to Shell Bay and Studland and Swanage. It is 5 mins walk away from the lovely beach of Sandbanks and further beaches and Chines. For us without a car, it is great to be a few yards away from buses to Poole and Bournemouth and stops on the way. Just amazing. The flat is lovely and well kept. Linen and fluffy towels provided. "The property was in a quiet residential area but well placed for accessing all of the beautiful surrounding areas. Able to walk to the beach and do lots of sightseeing. Lots of great places to eat. The cottage itself was immaculate and very modern and comfortable with a lovely private outside space in good weather. Would definitely recommend."

"If you like quirky, vintage, upcycling, but home comfort and mod cons , Zen cottage is perfect. We loved it and will be back to enjoy the garden when weather improves. Great location, easy check in and out. Highly recommend."

Further information re heating controls and lighting was required via telephone calls to housekeeper. Light switch for hall stairs and landing was on the 3rd floor - quirk of the house.
