Cosy 3-Bedroom Lodge Near Poole & Sandbanks Sleeps 6

Escape form the hustle & bustle in this lovely 3-bedroom lodge, set in a great spot overlooking Poole Harbour, and close to the the main facilities at Rockley Park Holiday Park in Poole, Dorset.

This comfy lodge has everything you'll need for a short break or longer stay, and is in a great location for exploring Poole Harbour or further afield in Dorset, such as Sandbanks, Studland Bay, and the Jurassic Coast.

This modern cream-cladded lodge is a ideal for families or friends, and makes for a great space to unwind, while being very near to the park's main facilities for those who want these close-by too.

Up the steps into the main living kitchen dining space reveals a modern style of accommodation with neutral warm decoration, lovely wood veneers, and both vinyl flooring and carpets underfoot throughout.

In the kitchen you'll find basic mod-cons including a fridge, oven & hob, microwave, and plenty of cupboard storage.

The lounge has an L-shaped sofa opposite a smart TV unit and electric fireplace — which makes for a cosy space to relax and watch a show or movie. There's also double doors here leading out to a private balcony, ideal for opening up the lounge area in the summer.

A practical oak dining table for mealtimes, with matching chairs for four diners, sits opposite the kitchen, and completes the lovely open plan space.

Toward the very rear of the caravan is a double bedroom, which has a double bed, side tables on each side, overhead cabinets, a double wardrobe, and a small vanity unit & chair.

A bedroom opposite the double has two small single beds, a single bedside cabinet, over head cabinets, and a single wardrobe.

Continuing back toward the kitchen is the third bedroom, which features a double bed or twin single configuration (the beds can be pushed together or apart depending on your needs). Again, this bedroom features one bedside cabinet, overhead storage units, and a single wardrobe.

In the hallway next is a family shower room, which is beautifully finished and comes with a walk-in shower, toilet, basin, and mirrored cabinet. There's also a convenient separate WC next door.

On to the private balcony with sea view, through the lounge windows, you'll find a pair of comfy outdoor armchairs to enjoy in the warmer months. There's also a lovely picnic style bench on a patio by the front door to utilise for outdoor meals or drinks.

There's central heating, an electric fireplace, and one allocated parking bay.

The accommodation is child friendly, and features a booster seat and travel cot for infants.

The lodge welcomes pets for an additional fee — please let us know if you plan on bringing a furry friend.

All beds will be made on arrival, and towels and linen are also included in your booking price.

Rockley Park "Play Passes" are NOT included in the price, and need to be purchased separately from the park. Haven state on their website, that if your stay is over weekends e.g. Friday to Monday - you need a 3-night minimum stay to be eligible to purchase these passes. But from Monday to Friday - you need a minimum of 4-night's stay to be eligible. Please message us for more information, and prices. Bond Holiday Lets cannot guarantee passes will be granted, or all facilities will be available for your dates.

Internet and Wi-Fi can also be purchased from the Park, for an extra fee. Bond Holiday Lets cannot take responsibility for any connectivity issues, due to the technology being operated by the Park and not us.

The holiday park is always closed at the start of the New Year for around 8 to 9 weeks. The Outdoor Pool is seasonal — please get in touch for more information.

Rockley Park has a host of fun activities to do, including an indoor and outdoor pool, water park with waterslide & splash pool, crazy golf, bungee trampolines, archery, segways, climbing walls, tennis courts, and kids entertainment — most of which can be accessed via the park’s Play Passes, which need to be purchased in advance (please message us for more information).

Nearby to the lodge are a collection of bars and restaurants, such as the Mash and Barrel, Cook’s Fish & Chips, Papa John’s Pizza; in addition to a convenience shop, selling a wide variety of goods; and a launderette. Rockley Park makes for an ideal holiday park for both couples and families alike.
