Guests are free to take advantage of the library, formal dining room, patio, and sitting rooms for their enjoyment.
The space
The ground floor consists of eight areas; a formal entrance, the library, sitting room, music room, formal dining room, casual dining area/den, kitchen, and a sun porch. The fenced back yard includes two additional lots. There is covered parking for four cars and room for one more car away from the street. The basement includes a laundry area. The bed room level has five bedrooms, three with twin beds, a king size bed, and a queen size bed. There are 3.5 bathrooms. There is plenty of room, good wifi, three TVs, chess sets, books, and music, which you may access.
Guest access
You are free to use the entire house except for the attic, which is closed off, and certain areas in the basement, which show 'closed' signs. The entire back yard and the two extra lots are fully fenced and accessible.
Other things to note
The main entrance used by guests is the back door. You go up the side driveway and park under the covered area. Enter through the back wooden gate, go through the sun porch, and there will be a key pad lock. You will be grated a code to access the house on your check-in day.
