"Very pleased with our stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was good size, warm, pleasant and the bed was comfortable. Kettle and coffee/tea in room. Good size bathroom with shampoo etc supplied. Free parking outside and also at rear of premises. Breakfast at an extra charge was good but not the best thing about our stay. Will definitely stay again. A+++"

"First of all, the workers were all great. Friendly and helpful. The problem was the facility. It was a hot day. We booked here because it said A/C. Our room did not have it so they moved us to an apartment where the A/C barely worked. They have an exercise room but most the machines were broken. The tub had a shower wand but no curtain causing water to flood all over. Internet was available but unusable due to an intermittent single bar of signal. "

"The road to the hotel is terribly broken, so that the water from the rain stayed in that wholes, so that it wasn't possible to get inside of the taxi. The room was very clean, however it was cold and noise from the neighbours (coming from opening and closing the doors, from corridor) was very loud so it was seeming that there is no any walls there. It was very handy to stay before or after going to Pyrowice airport, with a taxi there being 100 zloty. There was no vegetarian starter option available but one was adapted on request.
