"Lovely hotel but service from staff is very slow. Also despite paying for a particular type of room they tried to give me a cheaper room upon arrival. This happened last year too. I had to insist it was changed to what I’d paid for which they did. Other than that I’d recommend. Food is good with a huge choice, comfy beds and place is always very clean"

We didn’t realize that a champagne apertivo, breakfast, and brunch was included, which was a wonderful surprise. There are many excellent dining and wine options within easy walking distance.
