In the basement there is a room for gatherings, a games room and a bedroom with its own bathroom and a guest toilet. The first floor of the villa has a living room, a kitchen, a dining room and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Enter the beautiful courtyard of Villa Artien where you will first notice the private pool and then the beautifully landscaped courtyard where you can relax on sun loungers. The covered outdoor kitchen with dining table and barbecue will immediately have you dreaming of freshly prepared delicious meals.

The house is perfect for a great family vacation in a quiet location, but not too far from the sights, beaches and all other attractions. Villa Artine is waiting for you! Villa Artine is located in the village of Baderna, 10 km east of the town of Porec on the west coast of Istria. Baderna is a small, former Roman village close to larger tourist centers such as Porec (10 km) and Novigrad (23 km), which are definitely worth a visit. The beaches are only a few minutes' drive from the villa near Porec. In the village of Baderna you will find cafés, restaurants and small stores. Today, Porec is one of the most important tourist centers with an impressive Euphrasian basilica (part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1997) from Byzantine times. If you're traveling with children, visit the Istralandia water park, just a 20-minute drive from the villa. Look for wine and olive oil trails in the area and taste valuable local Istrian products.
