Great location. Average clean room and friendly staff

The people and the service and the quality of the environment were outstanding. Alex and Fran on the front reception were wonderful (and we were difficult as I needed a great room to work in and my wife had interviews for CNN and a podcast to do) and Alex and Fran made everything sparkle. The buffet was brilliant (I’m vegetarian and my wife is highly carnivorous) and we both ate extremely well. The hotel was conveniently located (we just took a short taxi to do whale watching) and it was lovely to go to sleep and wake up to the sound of the sea. Lovely hotel, good facilities. Without exception, all members of staff were outstanding. Pool areas are lovely and well maintained. Only let down was the room - we had a silver room on the 16th floor. Very loud with small children - we realise it’s not an adults only hotel, however separating couples and families with small children shouldn’t be that hard surely? Given the size of the hotel and amount of rooms.

Staff and calm atmosphere

Room was clean great view. Staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. The architecture and both indoor and outdoor gardens and fountains well maintained and extraordinary. Easy access to the beach. A great value and a very pleasant stay.
