Apartment T2, facing south, newly refurbished, in a quiet and closed residence, direct access to the customs path, and beach below.
10 minutes walk by the coast of the Thalasso.
All the furnishings and equipment of the apartment are new.
You will enjoy the garden furniture and deckchairs on the large balcony, not overlooked, facing the sea, the view is beautiful!
IMPORTANT: a deposit of 200 Euros will be required on your arrival, and returned when you leave. Bed linen rental package: 40 € Cleaning package: 40 €

Beautiful area and private access to lovely secluded beaches, as described. No hand towels provided in bathroom, just two large bath towels. May seem small complaint, but considering we had to pay extra on arrival for linen and towels and extra for cleaning, they should have been provided. No iron to use with the ironing board.The bedroom is totally unsuitable for two adults with minimal space on one side for two people to navigate. Shower rim around bottom is quite soiled and not properly cleaned at all. A large hole in the corner of living room ceiling. Overall couldn’t fault the location but the bedroom is unsatisfactory. Pity!!

Séjour agréable et reposant

Nous avons passé un week-end prolongé très sympa, le logement est lumineux, propre, fonctionnel avec une vue magnifique. Il est idéal pour 2 personnes, la propriétaire est agréable, de bons conseils. Je vous recommande sans problème cet appartement.

Bon séjour dans un bel appartement

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans ce bel appartement dont la vue est sublime et justifie à elle seule la location.Notre hôte est charmante, aux petits soins, toujours prête à rendre service. Un joli cadeau de bienvenue nous attendait. Comme la météo de Noël était très clémente cette année, nous avons pu apprécier les extérieurs et même manger sur le balcon pour le jour de Noël. La ville de Pornic est agréable et il y a toujours de l'animation sur le port. L'appartement est propre, en très bon état et agréable pour 2 mais comme il est petit, je le déconseille pour 4; la kitchenette manque de surface pour cuisiner facilement et stocker les ustensiles sales et la chambre et minimaliste, on n'imagine pas ce que cela représente à la lecture du descriptif de la location. Malgré ces 2 points, notre séjour a été très agréable et nous ne regrettons pas notre choix tant le lieu est magique et notre hôtesse sympathique.

Une terrasse très agréable avec vue sur mer. Un appartement très bien organisé pour le confort de 4 personnes avec le canapé lit dans la pièce principale. Rien ne manque et notre communication avec la propriétaire a été parfaite. Merci Mme Martin ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
