This cottage is located in a clearing in the woods. You'll be able to enjoy the night sky, and even see the Milky Way. Totally renovated, "Blue Mountain Bungalow" has 2 bedrooms, laundry in the hallway, and an open concept living-dining-kitchen. There is a large TV in the living room, and lots of windows to bring in natural light.
The main bedroom has a King size bed, a Full size bed and direct access to the bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed.
The kitchen with dishwasher is fully equipped for preparing meals which can be enjoyed inside in the dining area or outside on the covered gazebo. The propane grill is located in back, near the fire pit.
The outside has been landscaped. There is plenty of parking.

Blue Mountain Bungalow is located just a few minutes from highway 101/Old Olympic Highway. Bring your own or rent bikes locally to enjoy picturesque rides into Port Angeles or to Sequim. Bikes and kayaks can be stored out of sight, behind the house. Many hiking and beachcombing adventures are within a half hour to hour drive from the home. The first entrance to Olympic National Park at Hurricane Ridge offers panoramic mountain views and meandering trails. Popular trails around Lake Crescent lead to renovated railroad tunnels and lovely waterfalls. Rent kayaks or canoes in front of the historic Lake Crescent Lodge or enjoy a quiet meal overlooking the water. Two to three hours west from the home, more day adventures await at the Hoh Rainforest, Pacific coastal beaches and Cape Flattery.
Enjoy a whale watching tour launching out of Port Angeles, feed the buffalo at the Olympic Game Farm or take photos of bald eagles soaring over the Dungeness Spit.
Have fun in the evenings exploring Northwest cuisine and seafood specialties in one of the many award winning restaurants in Sequim or Port Angeles. During the summer and fall months, many festivals occur here on the Peninsula including the Sequim Lavender Festival and Port Angeles Arts and Draughts Beer and Wine Festival as well as the famous Dungeness Crab Festival, all displaying our pride for this amazing area we hope to share with you!
Only 30 minutes from Olympic National Park, where you can drive up to Hurricane Ridge for spectacular views and an easy hike at the top.
