"We rented the house for one night. The owner responded to inquiries immediately. It was an older house, which was updated inside. The beds were super comfortable. The property is located in a run down area and we were unsure about it upon arrival. However, it was quiet and we had no issues. We would stay here again."

"Charming old house with lots of potentials! Beautiful wooden floors and 15 foot ceilings. Several areas of the house need attention such as cabinets doors coming off, etc. Kitchen needs a microwave! Shower and king bed were amazing. Neighborhood is in downtown, older part of town, but was quiet after hours even with street traffic. Back and front yard need attention with clean up, long grass and other trash in back yard. Price was good for the area."

I don't count a random toilet in the laundry room with no toilet paper and no sink as a half bathroom.Communication with hosts were excessive and borderline rude in some situations.
